The Tomahawk Baptist Children's Ministry is a safe fun environment in which children can begin their understanding of God. We help our children grow through good solid teaching in our Sunday School as well as establishing a positive outlook on missions through our Children In Action (CIA) ministry. Music is a huge part of our ministry through the school year where children can learn a little about music, have opportunities to lead in worship through song, and to perform an annual musical. Things don't slow down in the summer. We have multiple opportunities for children through out the summer such as our Terrific Tuesdays for children finishing Kindergarten to 5th grade. For our preschoolers we have a three-day Pre-Kamp for kids ages three to five years old which is at the church from 9 to noon each day. Also twice a year we have Parent/Child Events to places such as the Chesterfield Berry Farm, the Richmond Braves games or other fun exciting times.
