Associate Pastor of Music

Mary came to Tomahawk as the Associate Pastor of Music in May of 2006.  She graduated from the University of Richmond with a degree in Music Performance in 2000.  She is also a graduate of the Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond, where she received a Masters of Divinity in 2004, and was the 2004 recipient of John & Charlotte Canning Pastoral Ministry Award. 

Mary has authored educational material for the Virginia Baptist publication, "Wings-Catching the Wind of God's Spirit."  In 2004, Mary was invited as the keynote speaker for the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship/Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond/Virginia Baptist Women in Ministry gathering for the BGAV meeting, speaking on women in ministry issues. 

Mary has served in various ministry positions throughout churches in the Richmond, Virginia area.  She was ordained to the ministry in 2002.  Mary and her husband, Andy, have three children, Bryson and Rebecca and Daniel.
